New Stuff

It's been so hot here the last couple of weeks. Everything is drying up. Temps have been in the low 100's. Humidity isn't as high as normal, somewhere around 80 to 100%. Just because we aren't getting any rain doesn't mean it's not raining all around us.

I finally broke down and bought a new bedroom set. It'll be delivered on Tuesday. I have so much to do to get the rooms ready. I really wanted to paint my bedroom before I got the furniture but that'll have to wait. Not enough energy to get it all done. I've upgraded from a queen size bed to a king. That meant buying all new linen, more money. Monday will be a prep. I'll pull the beds down. (beds? you say. I forgot to mention, I got two trundle beds for the girls room) Oldest daughter has found someone that needs the mattresses and the box springs, she is delivering them on Monday evening. Yeah, I gave them away. I just want the stuff out of my way. I can't wait to have it all set up.

Tuesday is too far away. I always want things done yesterday. My energy problem isn't make believe. It seems I have fibermyalgia (I question the spelling). Recent diagnosis. I can't explain the problem other then it hurts and day to day is different. Not something I dwell on but some days it really pisses me off. This past week has been hell. I managed to push mow the dog lot. (100 ft x 60 ft) I've been staining the new deck on the back of the house. It's taken way too long. I'll get it done. I did get my house cleaned up some, not straightened up, but cleaned up.

I took some before pictures of the bedrooms. I will be embarrassed when I post them, but I'll do it if I can figure it out. I wish I'd taken pictures of the pool while it was going up and the decks, but I didn't.
